Her Vision
• To support the healing journey in various ways, always with the intention of increasing self-awareness, and in knowing and trusting the interconnection between body, mind and spirit, and
• To create community and a supportive space to share information, awareness and resources to help everyone live their own holistic journey.
Her Story
Born in Colorado, Dr. Nicole spent her early years among the beautiful Rocky Mountains. As she grew, Dr. Nicole also got to live in Massachusetts, Texas, and Wisconsin, where she continued to learn more about diversity, community, and the needs of others.
In 1995, she graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and in 2003, she received her doctoral degree from Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward, California. For the next two decades, Dr. Nicole dedicated her professional life to healing others, while also strengthening her own portfolio of holistic knowledge, techniques, and inner wisdom.
Dr. Nicole’s selfless journey included service as a Board member for Brighter Beginnings(of the San Francisco Bay Area) and the establishment of her holistic practice, Life With Harmony in 2004.
Over the years, Dr. Nicole has facilitated pain relief, relaxation, healing, and wellness in the lives of countless individuals. The diversity, community, and compassion that she learned early in her life remain the focus of everything that Dr. Nicole does today.
From the beginning, Dr. Nicole knew one of her passions was to work with families through all of life’s journeys, and so she searched for something special to help families through one of the greatest journeys – childbirth.
Dr. Nicole wanted to find a way to empower mothers and families to have the gentle birth experiences they envisioned. In finding out about HypnoBirthing®, she connected deeply with the philosophy, and realized this was what she had been looking for. Still another effective technique to be added to her expansive box of healing tools
Since 2004, she has been a HypnoBirthing® teacher, helping mothers and families to gain trust in their abilities to have a natural, gentle birth experience. In addition, Dr. Nicole continues to share her healing touch and superpowers with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and state of need.
Life With Harmony is both Dr. Nicole's practice and the natural result it brings, as well as an accurate description of her personal life.
In 2013, Dr. Nicole welcomed her daughter, Fiorella into the world, giving birth at home surrounded by love and wisdom. In 2015, she welcomed her son, Piero into the world, also at home, nurtured by her loving circle. Dr. Nicole adores getting to share their journey as they grow and explore, sharing with them her loves of family, nature, music, creative experiences, and community; and observing as they find their own joys in this world.
